Our club is part of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC), the largest and oldest community service organization of volunteer women in the world.  "Strength United is Stronger." Women working together can make a difference!

Our members are women from all walks of life, all races and creeds.  The primary goal of CWONC is to contribute to the betterment of our community through service in the Arts, Conservation, Education, Homelife, International Affairs and Public Affairs.

WHAT ARE WE UP TO!!!

Community Service Projects are our main focus at CWONC.  Our volunteer projects help our military families at home and abroad, abused and neglected children in San Diego County, senior citizens, our furry friends, and provide scholarship funds, and many  more.  Please see our Quick Reference Guide for  more information on our many projects.

RECIPES FOR CASA COOKBOOK
We are putting together a cookbook for the Casa Girls and need your recipes from the Christmas Party and any other simple recipes that would be good for beginning cooks.  Either email them to Kathy at cwonc2010@gmail.com or bring them to the meeting.

Join us at An Evening with Cupid on February 6, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  to benefit the CWONC Scholarship Program


Breakfast with Santa in San Marcos - 2011
  CWONC volunteers served breakfast to families, took photos of the children with Santa and helped with arts and crafts for the children. The Breakfast was the lead off to the various arts and crafts displays at the community center and parade in San Marcos.

2nd Annual Birthday Bunco Bash
Thanks to all who participated in this year's CWONC Bunco Bash.  It was very successful.  Hope to see even more friends and family next year.

We have a new project - Knitted hat and/or scarfs.  Click here to get the pattern.  Now that the holidays are over and you can relax, what would be better than to sit and make a few hats or scarves for our Stand Up For Kids.
