Officer Responsibilities

The following is a list of tasks that should be performed in order for our club to be a successful organization. The tasks are listed under the Officer or Chairman that has traditionally been responsible for seeing that the task has been completed. REMEMBER, just because the task falls under an office or chair, doesn’t mean that person as to “do it all”. Remember job sharing is the key to success.

• Introduces ideas (from members) for fund raising to club

• Oversees chairwomen for individual fund raising projects

• Procurement Committee-Contacts local businesses for raffle items to be used in misc. ways & means projects.

• Scrip Captain-Thinks up creative ideas to promote the Scrip Project. Contacts members for individual orders. Coordinates orders with Treasurer
