	Crafts for Charities

	What it is… A new project to be introduced to GFWC-CWONC in 2007 Volunteer opportunities… Semi-monthly gathering to make a "craft item" that will be given to local charities. Members (or friends) who have a "crafty talent" are encouraged to teach a class.
	San Diego County Fair Student Showcase Clerks

	What it is… Each year at the county fair in Del Mar, students enter contests to showcase their photography, graphic arts etc. Volunteer opportunities… The first Sunday of June (this date could change from year to year), we volunteer to clerk for the Judges at the fair. We keep “score” for the Judges and help to organize the winning photos/pictures. The time is usually from 8 AM to 3 PM. We have an hour off to get lunch, (on our own).
