What it is…
In the month of March GFWC-CWONC participates in a function put on by the City of San Marcos that celebrates the unique multi-ethnic diversity of San Marcos and neighboring communities. The City of San Marcos Community Center is transformed into an International Carnival where individuals provide various items from their respective cultures. GFWC-CWONC sets up an American booth where we sell food and ask people to sign a banner thanking our troops for their efforts supporting our country. This banner is then forwarded with other items to our troops overseas.

Volunteer opportunities…
Volunteers are needed to help cook, serve, and sell food, along with getting participants to write their messages to the troops.
