Cooking Class for Teens at Casa

The cooking class we have planned for teens at the Casa de Amparo shelter. We will teach them some basic cooking skills; provide a cooking binder with recipes, measurements, equivalents, safety tips, etc.

We will decorate the area in a theme and help the girls with setting a table, etc. The teens will arrive at about 9:30am. Volunteers will start a little earlier to get things prepared. Look for more information to come. We hope this will be the first of many occasions we will have to help the teens from Casa de Amparo, a shelter for children removed from their homes due to abuse or neglect.
