	What it is… Tubfirm was originally established in 1928 to help finance research on tuberculosis and to aid children afflicted by the disease. Since this disease has been almost eradicated, the objective changed to help handicapped children/youth. TUBFIRM provides financial aid for the Society of Health and Development of Retarded Children and Youth in Norway Volunteer opportunities… Cancelled stamps do count!
