Officer Responsibilities

The following is a list of tasks that should be performed in order for our club to be a successful organization. The tasks are listed under the Officer or Chairman that has traditionally been responsible for seeing that the task has been completed. REMEMBER, just because the task falls under an office or chair, doesn’t mean that person as to “do it all”. Remember job sharing is the key to success.

• Sign checks

• A Voting Delegate to State Conventions

• Preside over both the General Meetings & Board Meetings.

• Write Agenda

• She shall have general supervision over all Club Business (pick up and distribute mail)

• Newsletter Editor- She will collect information from Officers, chairwomen and members and see that the members receive a monthly newsletter no less than 1 week prior to the monthly general meeting.

• Press Chairman- Keep Club’s name out in the community by publishing press releases for all up coming events
